We handle the incorporation of Jamaican limited liability companies, charities, societies and other bodies in for our commercial clients. This typically incorporates procuring TRN, GCT, NIS and NHT registration among other concerns. Our Company Management department administers more than 100 such Jamaican companies and entities offering full administrative maintenance, including the preparation and filing of Annual Returns, Declaration of Assets Tax and ancillary services such as maintenance of Corporate Registers, updates of Share Capital, and more.

We also handle all aspects of the termination of the corporate entity including its removal from local or offshore registers, winding up, dissolutions and/ or restoration to activity of companies in liquidation or which have been struck off.
