Our extensive experience in this area includes acting for both major lenders and borrowers in a wide variety of local and cross border finance arrangements including private and corporate loan agreements, bond offerings, structuring of lease financing products and leverage project finance including the acquisition of major corporate entities utilizing the assets of the acquired company to finance its own acquisition. In 2018 alone we assisted clients to raise over Seventeen Billion Jamaican Dollars (J$17B) on the bond market alone and billions more in loans.
