Trishanner Pitter is a Partner in the firm’s Commercial Department and was admitted to practise in 2018.

Trishanner has a wealth of experience in the hospitality sector and has acted in the acquisition or sale of several major hotel properties and also advises on hotel management agreements and leases.

Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, including advising private and publicly listed companies, corporate restructurings, trusts and the structuring of sophisticated estate planning solutions for high-net-worth individuals. She is experienced in the incorporation and maintenance of Jamaican and offshore companies and the migration of offshore companies.

Trishanner also advises on high-value commercial acquisitions, security restructurings, loan and security transactions and a variety of other corporate and commercial matters.

Trishanner has a demonstrated record of volunteerism and has also been involved in various outreach activities.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree with First Class Honours from The University of the West Indies and is a graduate of the Norman Manley Law School.
