Trishann Pitter is a Partner in the firm’s Commercial Department and was admitted to practise in 2018.

Her practice encompasses a broad range of corporate and commercial matters including the incorporation and maintenance of Jamaican and offshore companies, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, the liquidation of companies and local and offshore trusts and estate planning.

She has advised private and public companies on corporate and commercial matters, including the preparation and review of commercial contracts, commercial leases, loan and security documents, and a variety of other commercial and corporate matters. Trishann heads the firm’s Trade Mark Department which involves matters such as the registration, renewal and assignment of trade marks.

Trishann also oversees the firm’s Company Management Department which maintains companies across six (6) jurisdictions. i.e. Jamaica, St. Lucia, the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, Barbados and the Bahamas.

Trishann holds a Bachelor of Laws degree with First Class Honours from the University of the West Indies. She is also a graduate of the Norman Manley Law School where she was awarded the Hon. Mr. Justice Courtenay Scipio Orr Memorial Prize for the student with the best combined performance in the Law of Evidence and Criminal Practice and Procedure, and the Michael Bryan Clarke Memorial Prize for exceptional proficiency in Trial Advocacy.

Trishann has a passion for helping others and has participated in various community projects.
