Judy Grace Hylton is one of our partners and heads the firm’s Conveyancing practice, specializing in residential and commercial conveyancing, real estate development, probate and administration, estate planning and trusts. She has a reputation for uncompromising quality and solution oriented hands-on service and is responsible for the department’s rapid growth, currently managing over 600 housing solutions.

Admitted to practice in Jamaica 1988, Judy practiced in the British Virgin Islands between 1995 and 2002 and was head of the Corporate Services and Trust Department of one of the world’s largest offshore trust companies.

Judy has been a member of the United Kingdom Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) since 1999 and was a member of the Board of the Investigative Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica for over a decade.

Her inclusion with a Band 3 ranking by the world’s leading legal services rating organisation, Chambers & Partners signifies significant recognition in the legal industry. She is passionate about making positive contributions to her community, and as such, has given significant service to the Rotary Movement since 2001, serving as President of the Rotary Club of St. Andrew in the 2012-2013 Rotary year, and as the Assistant Governor of Rotary International District 7020 in 2016-2019. She has also conducted lectures in conveyancing and probate law at the Norman Manley Law School and for private real estate broker companies.
